Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu was born into the family of Alhaji & Alhaja Rafith Shoye Shittu of Ogunbanjo Family in Ejinrin and Olowu family in Epe, Epe Local Government of Lagos State. He attended Ibadan Municipal Government Primary School, Seventh-day, Oke-Bola, Ibadan - Oyo State for his primary education and Nazareth Grammar/Commercial College, Ibowon, Epe – Lagos State for his Secondary Education. He further proceeded to Lagos State College of Science and Technology (Now Lagos State Polytechnic) Isolo to study Business Administration and graduated with HND-Business Admin in 1987. In his quest for more knowledge, he proceeded to Delta State University for his Post Graduate Studies (PGD) in Marketing. Thereafter, at the same University he obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and later, went to Olabisi Onabanjo University where he graduated with BSc. -Accounting. Due to his firm belief in Education as the solution to the World’s problems, he further obtained MSc – Accounting and MSc –Forensic Accounting & Criminal Investigation from Saint Monica University Buea, Cameroun. As the best graduating student in his MSC class, he was encouraged to proceed for PhD in Forensic Accounting and Audit which he did at Charisma University, UK. Currently, he is studying for an additional PhD in Security and Strategic Studies (Course work completed. Thesis is work in progress) at Nasarawa State University, Keffi. (Institute of Governance and Development Studies). Dr. Shittu is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is also a Fellow Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (FNIM) and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) where he has contributed immensely to the growth of the organizations and the country at large. He is a Fellow International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (FCFIP) and an associate member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is an Associate Member of Institute of Public Accountant’, Melbourne, Australia (MIPA) and Institute of Financial Accountants’, UK (AFA). WORK EXPERIENCE He has vast working experience in both Private and Public Sector of the economy. For some years, he was the Chief Accountant of Elite Textile Nigeria Limited, a prominent textile manufacturing company in Lagos. He is a Partner at KIM CONSULTANTS LTD and BABATUNDE SHITTU & CO firms of Chartered Accountants, Management and Tax Consultants. He however joined the Public sector as an Accountant in the Local Government Service of Lagos State from where he was appointed as a Special Assistant – Science and Technology by the Former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Dr. Shittu was also appointed as Special Assistant to the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure by Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola SAN. He served in the extended transition committee of SANWOOLU / HAMZAT government. He was appointed on 11th September, 2019 by Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu as a Permanent Board Member at Lagos State Universal Education Board (LASUBEB) where he is saddled with the responsibility of supervising the Planning, Research and Statistics Department of the Board. Dr. Shittu’s positive attitude and perseverance to face hardship brought out the best in him. Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu, is a devoted Muslim and happily married with Children.

Dr. Saheed Oladapo Ibikunle is an erudite scholar and seasoned educational administrator with over 30 years of experience. A 1992 graduate of Physics from the prestigious University of Lagos. Saheed O. Ibikunle had his PGD & M.Sc in Computer Science, M.Ed in Educational Administration & Planning and Ph.D in Education Management all from the University of Lagos. He comes on the Board of Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board having served in various capacities such as Senior Legislative Aide to Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa. Member, Governing Council, Lagos State Polytechnic. He was appointed in 2011 as Senior Special Assistant on Education Management in recognition of his robust and promising profile by the Babatunde Fashola, (SAN) led administration. He has no doubt contributed in no small measure to Human Capital Development of the nation at large. He is happily married with children.

Shijuade Idowu-Tiamiyu holds a Bachelor degree in English Education from the University of Lagos where she was awarded the best graduating student, faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Education. She also holds a Masters in Sustainable Development,International Policies and Management from the School for International Training Washington DC and a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Hampshire College Boston Massachusetts. Prior to joining LASUBEB Board , Shijuade worked at the World Bank in Washington DC, the United State Global Research Program, Oando Foundation and was a Fulbright Ambassador at the Five Colleges – a consortium of Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mont Holyoke College, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts, where she lectured on cross cultural communication. Presently, Shijuade is a Permanent Board Member at the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board. She is happily married with children.

Mr. Owolabi Jamiu Falana was appointed in August, 2022 by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to serve as Board Member in charge of Basic Education Quality Assurance, Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Kharkiv National University of Radio-electronics Ukraine and a Masters Degree in Public Management from Babcock University, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is also an Alumnus of the FATE Foundation Entrepreneurs Program. He has been a Public Policy Strategist since 2016 and has led different youth groups in the last 10 years. He has also participated in several policy dialogues across Nigeria and Europe. Prior to joining LASUBEB, he founded Ohjay Group Construction and Project Management Company and also held vital roles in various organizations as the Administrative Manager at Kenako Ukraine, European Regional Representative for STUNTS Group LLC, Business Development Manager at Pentagon Real Estates and Marketing Manager at Wealthteam Properties Ltd.

Hon Adebayo Adefuye is a Permanent Board Member of LASUBEB in charge of special projects which include EKOEXCEL and HOME GROWN SCHOOL FEEDING. He is an astute Politician and business man with a degree in Estate Management ,a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and public Administration and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Environmental and public Health management in Nigeria.He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration Hon Adefuye has 25 years experience in the construction industry as DMD of Aresco an indigenous construction company that has done construction works around the country,He is also into real estate and Education as a director of Vicsum Private Schools. Hon Adefuye was the former Sole Administrator of Yaba Lcda where he garnered so many Awards and accolades for his great works as a chairman of local Government ,He was awarded the BEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATOR in Nigeria in 2017 as the SOLE ADMINISTRATOR of YABA LCDA .He was Also awarded the BEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT in NIGERIA and adjudged cleanest LOCAL GOVERNMENT in Nigeria By the Chartered Institute of Environmental and Public Health Management in Nigeria. He was also given commendations from the LAGOS STATE MINISTRY of ENVIRONMENT in 2017,wining well over 30 awards while in office especially accolades from his party the APC for his efforts and contributions towards the party.Hon Adefuye was also the Central Coordinator for Lagos Mainland (which comprises to local Governments YABA LCDA AND LAGOS MAINLAND) for SANWOOLU FOOTSOLDIERS during the 2018 campaign period recording huge successes for his party. He has received awards of excellence from the BAT network (BOLA AHMED TINUBU NETWORK) in 2019,the mainland Dusabled Association for his works with the Disabled. 2016 and 2019 THE NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA award for excellence for his works and contribution to youth development in Yaba LCDA. YORUBA YOUTH ASSEMBLY according him the OBAFEMI AWOLOWO EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP AWARD OF INTEGRITY AND EXCELLENCE. Leadership award from YABA TECH 2017 Also from the NIGERIAN UNION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES fondly called NULGE. He has received awards of excellence from the Lagos Mainland Education Authority 2017 for his contributions to the educational sector of Yaba Lcda as a Sole Administrator ‍ Awards from the former Lagos State Chairman of the APC Mr Henry Ajomale of the APC for his contributions towards the party growth,he has been awarded and recognised for excellence by Newspoint , National impact glitz magazine. Adedoyin is a seasoned professional with an exceedingly rich experience in the corporate world, private business, social work and politics. She is also experienced in Telecommunications, Food processing, Bakery, Cosmetics, & Garments/Footwear. Being a consummate businesswoman, Adedoyin over the years have had cause to transact business across various countries in Europe, Asia as well as the United States of America imparting the lives of many young people. ‍ She derives passion in the development and mentoring of youths by providing Education/Career Advisory and also assisting in providing internship/ employment opportunities for young people. In the course of her sojourn in Politics, Adedoyin set up the Adedoyin Abiodun Sherifat Campaign Organization (AASCO) for active involvement in mass education & mobilization of youths and elders to support the programmes and activities of the All Progressive Congress, APC. A graduate of Agricultural Engineering Technology from Lagos State Polytechnic was recently appointed as Permanent Member of Lagos SUBEB by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu. Adedoyin in happily married and blessed with children.

Mr. Lamidi Hakeem Abiodun was born on 2nd March, 1968. He obtained his first school leaving certificate at African Church Bethlehem Primary school (BETHEL) now Ago Egba Primary School, Ebute Meta in 1981. He continued his educational sojourn to the following institutions: Aje Comprehensive high School Yaba (School Cert) 1981-1986, Federal College of Education Abeokuta (NCE) 1987-1990, Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (B.Sc {Ed}) 1992- 1998 and Lagos State University, Ojo (M.Ed) 1999- 2001. Mr. Lamidi, Hakeem A. at present is a Director (Education) GL 17 and currently serving as the Board Secretary – Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB). Mr. Lamidi, who joined the State Public Service in 1991 as a Classroom Teacher had served meritoriously with high degree of competence, reliability and dependability in the following offices: Girls’ Academy, Lagos, Okesuna High School, Lagos, Defunct Eti Osa PPTESCOM Zonal Office, Education District III, Ministry of Education, Defunct Teachers Establishment and Pensions Office, the prestigious Lagos State Civil Service Commission and the Lagos State Safety Commission. As a classroom teacher, his outstanding performance earned him appointment as Family Life and HIV Education Facilitator in 2003. Hence, his involvement in the training of over 2,000 teachers across Junior Secondary Schools in Lagos State between 2005 and 2007. He worked as a lead facilitator in the training of FLHE Teachers in all the Federal Unity Schools across the 36 States of Nigeria. An outstanding employee, Mr. Lamidi has demonstrated convincing competence having played a central and significant role as the Personal Assistant to the Tutor General/Permanent Secretary, Education District III from 2007-2008. He equally served at the Ministry of Education from 2009 – 2015 as FLHE schedule officer, Lead Master Trainer on Global Fund Project for the training of 2500 Teachers, Lead Trainer on UNFPA 6th Country Programme for FLHE component, Vocal officer for Gender Mainstreaming, Lead FLHE Trainer on Annual Master Trainers coordination meeting, Secretary, Committee on conduct of Annual Spelling Bee Programme, Secretary, Committee on conduct of Annual Jam Feast Programme, Convener, Annual Drug Free School Project,. Deputy Desk officer LSMOED HIV Desk. National Representative for Education HIV/AIDS Matters, Member, Local Organizing Committee (LOC) 1st Regional HIV/AIDS Summit, Lead Facilitator during the visit of Ugandan Team to understudy Lagos State FLHE Project, Participated in the studies embarked upon on the FLHE status in Lagos State and State of MISSISSIPPI, USA, Coordinated the fact finding mission on FLHE to Lagos State by International Women Coalition (IWC) USA, Member, Revenue Generation Team for Private Education and Special Programmes Department, Ministry of Education. He participated in the development of the Lagos State HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan, Workplace Policy Document on HIV/AIDS, Revenue Mobilization Plan, FLHE Schemes of Work, FLHE Students and Teachers Handbook and Inter Personal Communication Curriculum in collaboration with Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA), Enhancing Nigeria’s Response to HIV/AIDS (ENR), Lagos State College of Health Technology (LASCOHET), Society for Family Health (SFH) and Action Health Incorporated (AHI) His commitment and sense of responsibility to duty earned him deployment to Teachers Establishment and Pensions Office (TEPO) from 2015 – 2016 where he served as the Coordinating Director in the Permanent Secretary’s Office. It is pertinent to mention that Mr. Lamidi played an unprecedented role as the major convener of the event that eventually led to the development and production of the 1st ever TEPO Strategic Plan. In recognition of his outstanding performance in all the places he had served despite his cadre, the Chairman, Civil Service Commission sought for his deployment to the commission in 2016 which apparently is a Human Resource Agency. At the commission he has equally played a pivotal role in the screening (Both Oral/Writing) of the 1,000 teachers approved for employment by His Excellency. The assignment which he single-handedly anchored to the admiration of all. In addition, his inputs into the development of the Commission’s proposed Development Plan cannot be over exaggerated. More so, it is on record that Mr. Lamidi is the First Education Officer to be deployed to Civil Service Commission and his contributions to the interpretations and analysis of Policies and Reforms within the commission, implementation of Extant Rules and precedent of actions has made him one of the very rare Education Officers that can stand the test of time in all ramifications. As a follow up to the above, this outstanding profile had earned him Best Staff of the Month 2010 – Ministry of Education, Commendation letter for role played in development of TEPO’s Strategic Plan 2015, Commendation Letter for the role played in the recruitment of teachers at Civil Service Commission 2016 and Award of Honour for Unflinching support in the implementation of Electronic – FLHE by One World UK. He also hold Teachers Professional Certificate. He is happily married with children

Hon. Babatunde Jimoh Adewale hails from Apapa, he was appointed as the Board Member, Co- curricular, LASUBEB on 15th August 2023. He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate at Islamic Mission, Primary School Lanlate, Ibarapa East, Oyo State. He proceeded to Obaseku High School, Eruwa, Oyo State for his Secondary School Certificate, acquired his National Diploma Certificate in Business Studies from Lagos State Polytechnic and his Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from the Lagos State University, Lagos State. He also worked at the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) for 2years.He served at Nigeria Security Printing and Minting Company for 20years. He was a supervisory counsellor for Agric, Youth Development and Sports, as well as for Works and Housing, for the Surulere Local Government, in the year 2002-2003. Hon. Adewale his is an articulated and multi-facet politician who served as a one term legislator of Apapa Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly and also chaired the House Committee on Agric and cooperatives. Due to his dedication and selfless service to the state, he was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives for Apapa Federal Constituency in 2011-2015. He played an exceptional role as a member of the House committee on National Security and Safety, Federal Capital Territory, Human Right, African Integration and Cooperation, HIV, malaria and Tuberculosis Police Affairs. He was the Special Adviser on Community Affairs to the Lagos State Governor in the year 2020-2023. Hon. Babatunde is a seasoned politician known for his progressive views and participation in Politics. He was the Director General of the Presidential and National Assembly Campaign Council for the Apapa Local Government. He was also the Director General of the Governorship and House of Assembly Campaign Council for Apapa and Apapa Iganmu Local Government Area. He is a certified Associate of the Institute of certified Professional Managers international. In order to grow is wealth of knowledge in policy implementation strategy, he attended seminars at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru and International Network of Directories. He enjoys reading books on nation building and interpersonal relationships, solving puzzles and creating sustainable relationships by socializing with friends and family. He is happily married with children.
